About Us

The Southern Hospitality Restaurant and Bar concept was co-created by Eytan Sugarman, Justin Timberlake, and Trace Eyala in New York City’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood. Southern Hospitality’s mission is to provide guests with fresh, high quality, Memphis-style barbecue, complimented by a wide array of popular micro-brews, bottled beers and bourbons, and served in a hip and high energy environment. There are three full-service Southern Hospitality restaurants in the Colorado market, including Denver, Lone Tree, and Colorado Springs.

At Southern Hospitality our core values include quality ingredients, great service, and ensuring our guests leave happy and satisfied. We source antibiotic and hormone-free meats from companies with ethical standards. We make everything in a scratch kitchen, and smoke all of our meats low and slow in an on-site Ole Hickory Smoker. And, we partner with local companies for our ingredients, as well as spirits and brews. Each member of our team has passion and enthusiasm, and cares about the guest experience. With high quality ingredients and great staff comes innovative ideas and an ever-evolving menu. Each quarter, Southern Hospitality introduces a seasonal menu with distinctive flavors, mouthwatering desserts, and buzz-worthy cocktails.

This season, try our Creole Pasta – Tasso ham, chicken, red onion, red pepper, spinach, tomatoes, Asiago cheese, and Cavatappi pasta tossed in a vibrant Cajun cream sauce and served with Texas toast.
